Brian Dice is a visual instructor from Indianapolis, Indiana. He is excited to be returning for his second season with Cap City. Brian is currently a visual instructor at Franklin Central High School for their indoor percussion program and a choreographer for high schools in the surrounding area.

Brian has previously taught with several other programs in the Midwest. These include Mt. Vernon High School, Martinsville High School, Rhythm X Winds, and Cincinnati Tradition Drum & Bugle Corps. Outside of the marching arts, Brian is a financial analyst and enjoys travel and music production in his spare time.
