Cesar Siliezar grew up in Columbus, Ohio, where he immersed himself in music through private lessons, school ensembles, and honor bands. His marching arts experience includes performing in WGI with CC2 (2021) and Cap City (2022–2023), as well as in DCI with the Phantom Regiment Drum and Bugle Corps (2022).

In 2025, Cesar graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a minor in Music from Capital University. While there, he was an active member of multiple university band and percussion ensembles, studied privately, and presented a senior percussion recital.

Since 2023, Cesar has served as a percussion and front ensemble technician for several central Ohio high schools, including Franklin Heights, Central Crossing, and Canal Winchester, where he brings both performance experience and a passion for musical growth to his students.
