Kayleigh Hind Martin

Kayleigh’s involvement in and passion for the performing arts started when she took her first dance class at the age of 3, and her marching arts career began through color guard with Carmel High School (2005-2007) and New Hartford High School (2007-2009). She then went on to perform with The Empire Statesmen Drum and Bugle Corps (2008-2009), Carolina Crown Drum and Bugle Corps (2010-2012), Zydeco Winter Guard (2014), Pride of Cincinnati Winter Guard (2015), and Juxtaposition Winter Guard (2017). She has also performed with Cornell’s Rise Dance Group (2011-2013) and Columbus Modern Dance Company (2013-2016).

As an educator, Kayleigh is entering her 5th year as a movement instructor and designer for Cap City Percussion and is also currently a color guard instructor for Worthington Kilbourne HS (2024-present) and Music City Drum and Bugle Corps (2025-present). She has previously worked with Juxtaposition Winterguard, Thomas Worthington HS, Heath HS, Pickerington North HS, and New Hartford HS.

Outside of the marching arts, Kayleigh holds a bachelor’s degree in Operations Research & Information Engineering with a minor in Dance from Cornell University. She currently works in corporate retail and resides in Columbus, Ohio.
