Kayleigh Martin
Choreographer
Kayleigh’s involvement in and passion for the performing arts started when she took her first dance class at the age of 3, and her marching arts career began through color guard with Carmel High School (2005-2007) and New Hartford High School (2007-2009). She then went on to perform with The Empire Statesmen Drum and Bugle Corps (2008-2009), Carolina Crown (2010-2012), Zydeco Winter Guard (2014), Pride of Cincinnati Winter Guard (2015), and Juxtaposition Winter Guard (2017). She has also performed with Cornell’s Rise Dance Group (2011-2013) and Columbus Modern Dance Company (2013-2016).
As an educator, Kayleigh is entering her 6th season as a movement instructor for Cap City Percussion and her 4th season as a designer and choreographer for Cap City 2. She is also the color guard director at Worthington Kilbourne High School and on the color guard staff at Music City Drum and Bugle Corps. Kayleigh has previously worked with Homage Independent Winter Guard (2026), Juxtaposition Winter Guard (2016-2022), and many scholastic programs across the region and country.
Outside of the marching arts, Kayleigh holds a bachelor's degree in Operations Research & Information Engineering with a minor in Dance from Cornell University. She currently works in corporate retail and resides in Columbus, Ohio.
