Nick is originally from Grand Rapids, MI and was heavily involved in the band program at his alma mater Rockford High School, he also marched with Genesis Percussion for 5 seasons serving as section leader for 2 years. He also performed with Legends Drum and Bugle Corps before spending his final 2 years of his marching career with Cap City. He has taught at various schools around Michigan and is currently involved with the Madison Central High School marching band in Richmond, KY. His expertise is in mallet percussion and 4-mallet technique. Nick looks forward to returning to Cap City to bring his varied experiences to the group.
