Noah Swart is a percussion educator/arranger based in Indianapolis, Indiana. He has worked with many schools surrounding the Indianapolis area. 

Noah has performed in both DCI/WGI with Cap City, Jersey Surf, The Cadets, and The Colts. He has also taught Madison Scouts the past 2 seasons and this will be his second season with Cap City.
